Golf and Guest Registration

We expect a large turnout, so we are offering a morning and afternoon tee time. On the registration form, please choose which time you prefer.

If all available space has been filled, we will place players/teams on standby in the event of a cancellation.

Sponsor Registration: click on the sponsor type for registration. Click on Golfer registration to register 1,2,3,or 4 golfers

Sponsor ship levels are as follows:

Premier Sponsor $5,000.00

· 8 golfers in the tournament

· 8 reception and lunch passes

· Premier Sponsor reference in all press releases and promotional materials

· Name/Logo displayed on player gift bag and tournament banner

· Opportunity to include promotional item in player bag

· Full page ad in program book

· Sponsor recognition gift and plaque

Title Sponsor $2,500.00

· 4 golfers in the tournament
